Clisto Holdings Initiates Strategic Position in Nvidia — Conviction in the AI Infrastructure Era

Clisto Holdings confirms the establishment of a significant position in Nvidia Corporation, ahead of what the group believes will be a multi-year supercycle driven by artificial intelligence compute demand. The position is taken at a moment of maximum market pessimism — and maximum opportunity.

Clisto Holdings confirms the initiation of a strategic equity position in Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA), one of the world's leading semiconductor companies and — in the group's assessment — the single most important infrastructure company for the coming decade.

The position is established at a time when Nvidia's share price has declined more than 65% from its peak, weighed down by a broader technology sell-off, post-pandemic demand normalisation in gaming, and market uncertainty around the semiconductor cycle. Clisto Holdings views this dislocation as a rare entry point into a generational asset.

The AI Thesis

Nvidia's GPU architecture, originally designed for graphics rendering, has become the de facto compute platform for training large artificial intelligence models. Every major AI research laboratory — from OpenAI to DeepMind — trains its models on Nvidia's A100 and H100 chips. There is no credible alternative at scale.

The group's thesis is straightforward: AI model training will consume more compute every year, not less. The move from millions to billions to trillions of parameters in language models has been relentless. Each generation requires multiples more GPU hours. Nvidia sits at the centre of this compounding demand curve.

Why Now

The market is pricing Nvidia as a gaming chip company facing a cyclical downturn. Clisto Holdings is pricing it as an AI infrastructure monopoly in the early innings of a structural supercycle. These are two fundamentally different investments. The group is making the latter bet, at the former's price.

CUDA as a Moat

Beyond silicon, Nvidia's CUDA software platform — the programming framework used by virtually every AI developer on earth — represents a switching cost of extraordinary depth. Retraining four million CUDA developers on a competing platform is not a business decision any customer will take lightly. CUDA is the Windows of AI infrastructure.

Outlook

Clisto Holdings intends to hold this position across multiple market cycles. The AI infrastructure build-out is not a trend — it is a decade-long capital expenditure commitment by the world's largest technology companies. Nvidia is its primary beneficiary.
